Yes. Buyers may arrange a factory visit, audit or pre-shipment inspection. The scope, date, inspector and required records should be confirmed with our team in advance.

The normal production MOQ is 30 units per model. Mixed models can be discussed, subject to production and packing review. Confirmed stock may be available below the production MOQ; samples are normally selected from stock. Colors from the standard palette have no separate color MOQ within an eligible model order. A custom color outside our standard palette normally requires 30 units in that color.

One or two samples can be discussed, normally from confirmed stock. Orders below the production MOQ depend on stock availability. DDP may be available where the route supports it; unit shipping costs are normally higher than for container orders.

We start with the target country, road conditions, customer profile, expected speed and range, charging environment, price position and local regulatory requirements. Our team can then recommend suitable models and configurations.

Depending on the model and order, customization may include colors, logos, graphics, packaging and selected technical configurations. Scope, minimum quantity, sample approval, cost and lead-time impact are confirmed for each project.

Standard configurations are normally completed and ready for shipment within 20 days after receipt of the deposit, subject to the confirmed order. Light customization normally takes about 30 days; deeper technical customization normally takes 30–45 days, depending on engineering, materials and approvals. These are production times, not arrival dates.

Our standard payment terms are payment by bank transfer (T/T) with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid before loading. Exact payment milestones and bank details are confirmed in the pro forma invoice or sales contract.

EXW and FOB are the terms we use most often for bulk orders. DDP may be discussed for samples or spare-parts shipments where the route supports it. The quotation states what is included and excluded.

Choose according to import duties, local assembly capability, quality-control resources, shipping cost and launch schedule. CBU needs the least local assembly; SKD and CKD can improve loading efficiency but require suitable tools, instructions and process control.

There is no single reliable quantity for every order. Capacity changes with model dimensions, battery and accessories, CBU/SKD/CKD format, carton design and mixed loading. We provide a model-specific loading plan after the configuration is confirmed.

Yes. Mixed-model loading can be discussed, subject to production and packing review. The normal production MOQ is 30 units per model; lower quantities depend on confirmed stock. Send your preferred models and quantities so we can review the loading plan.

BENBAO coordinates applicable battery and export documents for the confirmed shipment, such as MSDS and dangerous-goods or sea-transport documents where required. The exact set depends on the battery, carrier, route and destination.

For a confirmed model and project, we can provide available materials such as work instructions, exploded views and registration- or certification-related documents to support preparation. Local approval remains subject to the destination authority.

The vehicle warranty is 15 months, with coverage and remedies subject to the agreed order terms. Bulk orders normally include spare parts worth 1% of the FOB contract goods value, subject to agreement. Buyers may select items within that allowance.

Our quality-control process covers four stages: incoming inspection, in-process inspection, production-line checks and final inspection. Project-specific checkpoints and records can be discussed before production.

Yes. A buyer or appointed third party may arrange pre-shipment inspection. Please confirm the checklist, sampling level, timing and acceptance criteria before production so inspection can be coordinated before loading.

BENBAO provides a 15-month vehicle warranty, subject to the warranty scope and conditions agreed for the order. Component coverage, claim evidence and remedies should be confirmed in the sales documents.

Send the model, order reference, serial or batch information, clear photos or video, fault description and diagnostic results. Our team will review the evidence and coordinate parts or another agreed remedy under the applicable warranty terms.
