What we manufacture. How we work.
A clear view of the production responsibilities behind a BENBAO vehicle.
Inside BENBAO
Our own factories handle subassembly, frame assembly, final vehicle assembly and whole-vehicle inspection. We coordinate the approved vehicle configuration and quality control throughout assembly.
Working with component suppliers
Core components are sourced from suppliers to the agreed configuration. Frame welding, including robotic welding where used, is performed by suppliers; it is not an in-house BENBAO welding operation.

Inspection scope matters. For a specific order, discuss the applicable checks, test conditions and records with our team. Final inspection of every vehicle does not mean every specialist test is performed on every unit.
04 / Packing
Plan the packing around your order.
The vehicle configuration, shipment format and work to be completed at destination all affect the packing plan. Confirm them together before shipment.
From the warehouse to loading
Our warehouse and loading photos show different stages of shipment preparation. The final packing method and loading quantity are agreed for the specific model and order.

Availability and the exact CBU, SKD or CKD scope depend on the model and project. Container quantities and import treatment require order- and destination-specific confirmation.

Does BENBAO manufacture every component?
No. BENBAO operates its own whole-vehicle assembly facilities and controls assembly and QC. Core components come from suppliers; frame welding is performed by suppliers.
Is every completed vehicle inspected?
Yes. Every completed vehicle receives final inspection before release. The scope and frequency of specialist tests should be confirmed separately for the relevant model and order.
Can we appoint a third-party inspector?
Yes. Third-party factory audits and pre-shipment inspections can be arranged. Please agree the scope, timing and access requirements with our team beforehand.
Can we review test records or certificates?
Tell us the model, destination market and document you need. Our team will confirm which records or certificates apply and what can be shared for your project.
How many vehicles fit in a container?
The quantity depends on the model, configuration, packing dimensions and shipment format. Request a loading plan for your specific order rather than relying on a single factory-wide figure.
