Start with the target riding scenario, local assembly capability and preferred vehicle style. Benbao can discuss 1,000–2,000 W rated-power platforms with a target top-speed configuration of 50–70 km/h, alongside selected body color, decals, logo application and vehicle specifications.
Battery options include lead-acid and lithium configurations. A common 72 V 32 Ah setup can achieve up to about 100 km when tested at 25 km/h. Actual range varies with battery choice, load, riding speed, terrain, temperature and use conditions.

MOQ, lead time and 40HQ SKD loading
The normal production MOQ is 30 units per model. Mixed models can be discussed, subject to production and packing review. Confirmed stock may be available below the production MOQ; samples are normally selected from stock.
Standard configurations are normally completed and ready for shipment within 20 days after receipt of the deposit, subject to the confirmed order. Light customization normally takes about 30 days; deeper technical customization normally takes 30–45 days, depending on engineering, materials and approvals. These are production times, not arrival dates.
Container capacity must be calculated for the selected model, configuration, packing method and model mix. Share your destination port and order plan for a configuration-specific FOB quotation and loading plan; there is no universal 40HQ quantity.
Confirm the local assembly scope before quotation
An SKD project needs the vehicle scope, packing method, receiving process and local assembly capability agreed before production. CKD and SKD are not interchangeable labels: the required component scope and customs treatment should be confirmed for each destination market.
Ask for a quote that specifies the selected model, battery, motor, packing method, parts scope, FOB port and production timeline. This makes it easier to compare suppliers and plan local assembly.
Warranty, spare parts and after-sales planning
The vehicle warranty is 15 months, with coverage and remedies subject to the agreed order terms. Bulk orders normally include spare parts worth 1% of the FOB contract goods value, subject to agreement. Buyers may select items within that allowance.
