Practical involvement in product quality
Founder Liang Ruihong emphasized the importance of component selection, braking performance, hill-climbing performance and coordination between vehicle systems. The report also described his involvement in vehicle test rides and visits to the assembly workshop.
Technical and management staff were encouraged to use the vehicles, identify issues and discuss improvements with suppliers. This approach linked feedback from riding with component and assembly decisions.
